Return & Exchange Policy
Within Amsterdam we will personally deliver the packages by bike. Do you live outside of Amsterdam? No worries! Shipping costs within the Netherlands are on us.

Other European countries that we ship to are:
Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain and Italy. For international shipping we will charge a fee of €15.

You have 14 days to return an item after your purchase has arrived. Items must be unworn and have the original tags to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To reduce pollution from package deliveries, we encourage you to think carefully before making a purchase.
